The Ramirez Estate — Star Trail
The Ramirez family's Star Trail lot backed to a greenbelt — a rare eastern exposure that kept the pool in morning light and framed by natural tree canopy. We designed a 660 sq ft freeform pool with a raised vanishing-edge spa, glass tile waterline accent in Caribbean blue, and a natural ledgestone water wall. The adjoining covered outdoor kitchen with Twin Eagles grill station and built-in refrigerator, plus a gas fire pit seating zone, transformed this into a complete entertaining environment. ARC approval achieved in 19 days.
The Nguyen Residence — Light Farms
Light Farms' design aesthetic tends toward the contemporary, and the Nguyens wanted their pool to match their home's clean-lined modern architecture. We built a 500 sq ft rectangular pool with a full-length tanning ledge, a frameless glass perimeter fence on two sides, and a Pebble Fina Onyx finish that reads nearly black under sunlight. A minimalist raised spa with linear spillover channel, LED fiber optic lighting, and white travertine decking completed a backyard that photographs extraordinarily well — which matters in a neighborhood this active on social media.
